Following registration, the AUCMUN Secretariat will review your application and either approve or decline it. Please note rejections are rare, but may become more frequent as capacity is neared. As we maintain beginner, intermediate and advanced committees, we cater for a wide variety of experience with Model United Nations and debate.

All payments are carried out through mymun.net.

You can register as an independent delegate.

Committees at AUCMUN are divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced. For this reason, you are welcome to attend even if you have little to no experience.

How do I prepare for the conference?

Once you are  allocated a country and a committee, you will have ample time to familiarise yourself with the topics of discussion and the Rules of Procedure of Model United Nations.

Study guides for each committee will be made available by your chairs well in advance so you will have time to prepare before the conference. AUCMUN will also send you a ‘Delegate Booklet’ to assist delegates in their preparation. For this please see here.

Can secondary school students attend AUCMUN?

AUCMUN is primarily a university-level conference. We do however accept a limited number of high-school students with extensive MUN experience to introduce them to college-level conferences. The minimum age to attend our conference is 18.
