To apply as a delegate, be sure to create an account on MyMUN.net, which will only take a minute. Read through the topics of our 12 committees and apply!

The first 100 delegates to apply will benefit from the Early-Bird fee, the regular registration deadline is the 24th of February 2019.

Registration fee for Early-Birds is 40 euros and normal fee is 55 euros. The delegate fee includes a 3-day conference and the complete social package! The deadline for all payments will be a week after you have received an official confirmation.

The deadline for the position paper is the 30th of March 23.59 pm. The paper should be submitted via the committee email.

The deadline for all payments is the 24th of February, however delegates will not be assigned their position until everything is paid.

Chair registration deadline is the 6th of January 2019! → Apply

The chair position is a key position for the success of the conference. This person is responsible for the dynamics in the committee room, relations between the delegates, and for the most parts has a big influence in the outcome of the debates.

Before the conference, the tasks include preparation of the topic itself and the background ground. Right before the conference chairs will receive delegates’ positions papers; they should be familiar with their content and ready to steer the direction of the debate accordingly.

After the chair applications have closed, applicants can expect to receive an email within a week, detailing the next steps of the selection process

Crisis Coordinator registration deadline is the 1st of December! -> Apply

In order to organize the crisis committees, we are looking for two people to lead the backroom staff for our two crisis committees: the Council of Olympus and the Historical Security Council (descriptions can be found on our website).

As the CC, you would run the two backrooms for the two committees and help make sure that everything runs smoothly and as realistically as possible; in a lot of ways you get to envision how the crisis will turn out and you guide the team in making it a reality; you'll also get a lot of contact with the chairs to do this. As a team, you will be responsible for responding to in-committee questions, coming up with creative representations of crisis news, representing out-of-committee figures such as presidents, etc.

Crisis Backroom Staff registration deadline is the 13th of January → Apply

In order to organize the crisis committees, we are looking for people to organize and execute the crises for our two crisis committees: the Council of Olympus and the Historical Security Council (descriptions can be found on our website).

You would for part of the Backroom staff of one of the committees, managed by the respective Crisis Manager, and together will be responsible for bringing the crisis situation to life. Tasks will include: responding to in-committee questions, coming up with creative representations of crisis news, representing out-of-committee figures such as presidents, etc. Before the conference, the backroom staff members will also be asked to make themselves familiar with the committee topic and come up with potential crisis scenarios.
